Please note that:

• Any validated request will be processed upon receipt of a deposit of at least 50% of the quoted price. The remaining 50% must be paid before shipping.
• The price of the carpet depends on:
• Its size
• The number of balls required
• Materials used
• On the complexity of the pattern
• Time spent on finishing touches
• Shipping costs
• Any request based on a photo will result in vectorization, an operation which may be invoiced if carried out by us.
